Navicat Premium is a database management and development software produced by PremiumSoft CyberTech Ltd. It can connect to different database types including MySQL, Oracle, and PostgreSQL simultaneously, allowing users to do data migration between cross databases. 

Navicat can be used to load data into MySQL and SQL Server from Oracle to synchronize source and target objects before starting replication with Dbvisit Replicate. You can download Navicat Premium from here.

Navicat Premium requires 32 bit verson of OCI.DLL file. On X64 machine, download Oracle instant client package(32-bit) for OCI, OCCI, and JDBC-OCI connections. Extract all binaries in a folder and add this location in PATH environment variable so Navicat can find 32-bit version of oci.dll.
