Navicat Premium requires 32 bit verson of OCI.DLL file. On X64 machine, download Oracle instant client package(32-bit) for OCI, OCCI, and JDBC-OCI connections. Extract all binaries in a folder and add this location in PATH environment variable so Navicat can find 32-bit version of oci.dll. |
