Sometimes due to network glitch or any other issue plogs can not be transferred from mine server to apply server. In such situation, to keep the replication rolling, user can manually transfer plog to apply server and register it using "APPLY REGISTER PLOG" command . meanwhile the issue is being fixed.
You can transfer and register single plog one at a time or in batch
