Sometimes due to network glitch or any other issue PLOGs can not be transferred from MINE server to apply server. In such situationsituations, to keep the replication rolling, the user can manually transfer plog plogs to the apply server and register it them using "APPLY REGISTER PLOG" command. Make sure that the files do exist on the target. This command must be run on the target server. This may mean means that you must run the dbvrep console must be run from the target server.
You can transfer and register single PLOG one at a time or in batch
