Sometimes due to network glitch or any other issue PLOGs can not be transferred from MINE server to apply server. In such situation, to keep the replication rolling, user can manually transfer plog to apply server and register it using "APPLY REGISTER PLOG" command. Make sure that the files do exist on the target. This command must be run on the target server. This may mean that you must run the dbvrep console from the target server.
You can transfer and register single PLOG one at a time or in batch
dbvrep>APPLY REGISTER PLOG seq dbvrep>APPLY REGISTER PLOG seq TO seq
- Make sure plogs are completely delivered before executing this command.
