Dbvisit Replicate uses 128-bit CAST5 block cipher called as "The CAST-128 Encryption Algorithm", developed by C. Adams. The encryption key is hardcoded in the executable. The encrypted passwords are saved in the .ddc files and in the database. The values from the database can be removed, as long as they are included in the -MINE.ddc, -APPLY.ddc (using memory_set).The plain text passwords are in the wizard configuration files (.cfg) and in the all.sh script. These can be removed (backed up) after first setup is done.

"support package" command automatically removes the passwords from the files packed.
