  1. Edit the relevant DDC file, *-MINE.ddc for the mine process and *-APPLY.ddc for the apply process.

  2. Add the following line to the DDC file (give full path name):  

    No Format
    SET PROFILER /home/oracle/..../prof_%S.%E
  3. Restart the process (mine or apply).
  4. Wait for a few log switches.
  5. Zip and upload the resulting file to support. 

  6. Turn off the profiling with command:

     SET PROFILER

     

    No Format
    SET PROFILER OFF
  7. Restart the process (mine or apply).
