Manual transfer and registration of PLOGs

Sometimes due to network glitch or any other issue PLOGs can not be transferred from MINE server to apply server.  In such situations, to keep the replication rolling, the user can manually transfer plogs (via SFTP or some other method) to the apply server and register them using "APPLY REGISTER PLOG"  command.  Make sure that the files exist on the target.  This command must be run on the target server.  This means that the dbvrep console must be run from the target server.

You can transfer and register a single PLOG or multiple PLOGs.

dbvrep>APPLY REGISTER PLOG seq
dbvrep>APPLY REGISTER PLOG seq TO seq
