Using Pre-built VirtualBox vm's
1. Go to the Oracle Tech Network, and download the Database App Development VM: http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/community/developer-vm/index.html
Click on "Download and Instructions".
2. Download the Oracle_DB_Developer_VM_new.ova file by clicking on the link. This file is 6GB in size:
