Edit *-ddc.MINE & *-ddc.APPLY on EC2 to reflect TNS_ADMIN on the Target (in this example EC2)

Due to setup wizard error, had to set:

dbvrep> SET APPLY.APPLY_REMOTE_INTERFACE ec2-54-82-47-176.compute-1.amazonaws.com:7903

May take some time (30 minutes) for FETCHER to tell MINE where to start from.
