The contents of the Support package will be slightly different depending if the support package is for FETCHER, MINE or APPLY.

To create a Support package please see Creating Support packages.
Dbvisit Support personnel may ask for support packages when investigating issues or Dbvisit Replicate may create a support package in certain scenarios.
