MINE/APPLY time is showing 1988/1/1

MINE/APPLY timing is showing 1988/1/1 on the Dbvrep Console

Solution

When MINE/APPLY is restarted, its time moves back to 1988/1/1 and sometimes appears to be stuck. 

It is normal, and will be back to the current time of MINE/APPLY.
